Essential For Black Rifle Owners

This wrench is a must if you own an AR. Unless you bought one completely dressed out, I guarantee that at some point you will decide something must be added in the barrel area. Whether it’s a completely new hand grip or just adding rails for accessories this wrench will be a huge help.

The ProMag wrench has features which, now that I’ve used it, really make it a joy to work with. It has an arm (not visible in the photo angle) that slips into the magazine well which offers both the perfect wrench position and additional leverage to slide the ring into the open position. It also has a very nice touch in that the “arms” have a wonderful no-slip rubberized finish, making grip removal a snap.

Wait until you decide to add accessories to buy a wrench but, when you do, this is the one to get!

PRO-MAG AR-15 DELTA RING WRENCH

This gimmick sure beats the pants off of trying to manipulate the delta ring with your fingers. I’ve been fighting those things since 1964, when the Air Force first started training us on the M-16. Of course, my fingers worked a lot better back then. But, someone in Colt’s R & D should have seen the writing on the wall, and figured this out while the rifle was still in development. What can I say, but THANK YOU to the designer of this really nifty gimmick.

Does the job

Granted I’m only using it once to replace the handguards with a quad-rail system on my AR-15/M4, but it did the job. The device is made of a very hard plastic, and the forks are covered with rubber to prevent it scratching the finish on your rifle while you work. It seems durable, and built well enough for multiple use, unlike the other cheaper versions that bend out of place. A great value indeed.
