Poker Table Top = good times

I have an old round wooden table that we moved into our converted garage rec room and wanted to make it into a poker table. I found this top and read positive reviews so I decided to give it a try. It is definitely heavy and has a nice rich color and smooth surface, the cup holders are great and the padded arm rest is a big plus. It sat on my table well but I wanted a little extra security and it not to slide around so I screwed in 4 metal braces to the underside of the poker table top so it would snugly fit the exact table size, since it is wood this was very east to do. Now it sits very firmly but also can be taken off so it is a perfect solution. We played our first game of poker and it got a lot of complements–although it did not seem to improve my poker game : ( But I recommend it highly!
