Tracks Sherlock Staff
In addition to a comfortable contoured foam grip, the Sherlock staff has a foam sheath that encases the upper half of the staff. Its length adjusts each 1-1/4 in (3 cm) with a sure locking button lowspirited through the outer foam sheath. It has an adaptable Wedge Lock wrist loop, a removable walnut knob with a universal camera mount, and a spike tip beneath a removable rubber foot. Tracks walking staffs and trekking poles support you walk smarter. They reduce the affect of each step you take so that weight which is commonly carried by your lower body is transposed to your arms and torso, lessening the stress on your legs by 5 10 pounds or more. This means you get more power and traction going uphill, and save your knees and ankles when coming back down. All Tracks staffs are hand-built with high-strength, lightweight anodized aluminum tubing. They are available as single walking staffs and paired trekking poles. Their soft foam handgrip stays comfortable hour after hour, while their adaptable wrist straps help transfer of weight when walking.

Nice walking stick By NHBigfoot I had one like this one and lost it. This one is better though so except for paying out money it was lucky that I lost the first one. You can make this a walking staff by extending it all the way out, or a cane by making it short, or any length in between. It is also improved from the first one I had. The handle is tighter (the foam covering on the first one slipped so that the metal stick showed for about the top 2″), and is a better gripping surface as well. It is easy to unscrew the walnut cap and attach a camera, which makes for much steadier closeups when you are out in the woods and want a picture of flora or fauna. The bottom of the stick has a rubber cap, which easily comes off to reveal a spike that is very handy on ice. All in all, a great, versatile, quality walking stick/cane for just about anyone.

Walking Upright By John C. Parchman Excellent stick. Replaces an older, identical stick that has been misplaced or lost. It was for my wife and she loves it. Quick adjustment and includes camera attach bolt in handle and metal point at the bottom for great grip and stability.
